CJPME Collaborative Initiatives
Community Relations | Collaborate with UsCJPME has had the pleasure of working with dozens of different organizations over the past few years. Listed below are the types of organizations with which CJPME has collaborated in the past. We’ve also listed the types of collaboration which has been enabled through this work:
- Local civic groups interested in Middle East issues.
- Local community groups interested in Middle East issues.
- Local religious organizations whose communities are concerned for justice and human rights in the Middle East: mosques, churches, etc.
- Unions.
- Human Rights organizations with varying focal issues.
- Coalitions working on Middle East issues.
- International organizations working for justice in the Middle East.
- Other organizations with overlapping mandates to that of CJPME, e.g. humanitarian, media, etc.
- Host all-candidates meetings prior to Federal elections.
- Do informational presentations on Canadian and Middle East issues.
- Participate in human rights fairs and related initiatives.
- Participate in community panels and discussion groups.
- Participate in demonstrations.
- Involve members of other organizations in policy and related initiatives.
- Organize press conferences.
- Coordinated support for policy initiatives.
- Host training sessions.
